First, there is water Contamination from this Shale Gas Drilling. Drilling for the natural gas embedded in shale rock formations deep below the Earth’s surface, contaminates groundwater supplies. Landowners in shale gas drilling areas have reported foul smells in tap water, and toxic chemicals, such as benzene, arsenic, etc,, have been detected in water from wells near drilling sites. In some cases, tap water can even be set aflame because it is contaminated with volatile chemicals because of shale gas drilling. People in the fracking areas have reported that their live stock such as dogs, goats, chickens, cows, etc. have died from the arsenic that fracking has forced into the water table! An autopsy revealed arsenic in the animals. ,Childern were found to have arsenic in their blood. Their symptoms improved after they stopped drinking their tap water Further, Fracking poisons as arsenic has shown jup in America’s food chain!

What is our America coming to?? Today on TV “The Wall Street Protests” were called “A mob without objectives” and The Tea Party (TP) was called “A powerful legitimate movement with well defined objectives!” It seems that the mentally ill, intellectually Challenged, Racist, Sexist nar-do-well, bottom feeders are now true American standard and the well educated thoughtful elite are a group of low class citizens.

It would be laughable if it were not for big wealth funds that have supported these TPers and pulled them from under the rock where they have rightfully been hiding. The objective of the wealthy is to destroy Government and establish “The Wealth of Capitalist” as the moral and powerful leader of the nation. These TPers are being used for reasons not yet discovered by this mob of dangerous mental Lilliputians!

This travesty of leadership has gone so far as to having a group led by The Tea Party conducting an American Constitution Revision Committee (Located at Harvard presently). The power of this mob has by some means gotten elected to Congress and is constantly denying the function of the whole American political process. Nothing seems to be able to be done unless the mental aberrations of the few Tea Partiers are not met. The basic process of doing the peoples business has come to a halt! This is like the retarded member of the family conducting all family business. The family no longer has the pleasure of ignoring these mental midgets and find themselves on a fast track to disaster. This past week the Tea Party reached into my persona life l and told me that not having a photo ID I could not dive nor vote. The shame is almost more than a man can bare!

To avoid insulting this GOP mob, the whole GOP has to conduct its presidential campaign as a litany of childish slogans and dangerous rhetorical devise presentations. GOP candidates are saying, “Obama is a traitor, health care must be left to the individual (death is an American right, Mormons are not Christians, The whole nation has been forced to stop and provide some intelligent presentations to assure the public that intelligence still lives in the USA!

In September 2011, while doing some business at my Credit Union I was informed that my drivers License had expired. I went in the web to The Loen County Tax Collectors to find out what it would take to get the license reinstated. I then called the Tax Collectors Office to verify the documentation I would need to get my License back. Both contracts informed me that I would need the expired license and three other identifying documents as Bank Statements, House Note, Utilities Bill, Auto Insurance Bill, etc.

On October 7, 2001 I went to the Tax Collectors to reinstate my license. I was asked for my documentation for the transaction. I provided my Bank Statement, house note bill, utilities Bill, AAA card, Voting registration card, Auto registration, AARP Card, VISA Credit Card, Medicare Card, VISTA State Medical Insurance Card, etc. I was told that this was fine but now Satate and National Laws required me to have my “Birth Certificate or Passport” and by the, way my voter registration was not valid until my photo identification on my Driver License was valid. It seems that not only was my driver’s license canceled but I Could not vote also.

The Birth Certificate for an eighty year Old Black born in the South was nearly an impossibility to get. I was born in The Heart of Dixie, Alabama in the thirties. At that time no Blacks could go to a hospital for treatment or births. I was born on a kitchen table at my Grandmothers house. My name was placed in the family Bible and no birth certificate was filed, therefore, I cannot get a birth certificate.

In addition when I went to register to vote in the forties I was given a literacy test in Chinese! After some great difficulty I did get my registeration to vote and have voted in every election sense the fifties, sixty years. I have had a Drivers License for some sixty years also. Now in 2011 I am denied drivers license and the right to vote because I have no valid Birth Certificate!! All of my identification is essentially null and void because of a birth certificate FROM Alabama. I am a non-person. I have attended eight universities and received three graduate degrees. I have been cleared “TOP Secret” by the federal government while working on projects for the Army, Air Force, and Navy. I have many Top Secret Patents and twenty or so publications in Chemical Journals. I have worked for forty-three years and contributed in the SS(Social Security) and I am presently retired for sixteen years with a pension from SS and The Florida Retirement System! I am an American.

A Pox on the GOP -a Pox on the Tea Party-a Pox on Karl Rove! Give me back my America!

This will be the first time in sixty years that I have not been able to vote or drive! God how low can an American go in eighty years? Will the ministers of Grace and the Saints above help this poor old Darkie American man. Failing that, I appeal to a higher power, Reverend Al. Charpton, First Lady Michelle and President Obama, help me!!!

It seems that the government and universities must extend their programs into paid interimships to journeyman (One who has fully served an apprenticeship in a trade or craft and is a qualified worker in another's employ.

Both public and private journeymen and practitioners must be provided funds to pay these potential working Americans in building the infrastructure, law enforcement, renewable energy sources, psychological services, health and management, etc. This concept should extent to all degrees including but not limited to social, scientific, and management degrees. When working as a research chemist, the company reported that it took about $40 thousand dollars to condition even an “Ivy League Graduate” to be a functional chemist! This type of arrangement is not new. It has been used more frequently in the crafts industries. The old jokes still will ask, “How many electrician apprentice will it take to replace one electric light bulb?” The serious point here is the hands of the apprentice will in time gain the skills of the journeyman and a new or expanded industry can be born!

A commitment like this will serve to assist in bringing down this unemployment rates and develop new industries for some for profit making industry later. However, the specter of capitalism for profit must not interfere with the initial investments of pubic funds into a suffering economic system.

GOP candidate for president, Herman Cain, who happens to be a Black male, was voted number 1 in the debate on September 22, 2001!! (Herman Cain Considered Quitting 2012 Campaign Before Florida Straw Poll Win: Report, AP/The Huffington Post First Posted: 9/26/11) That is really significant seeing as how the GOP right wing Tea Party had their votes counted in the Cain column. He was just trying to fulfill his role as the “Resident Uncle Tom”of the GOP group of Presidential cnadidates!!!

However as peculiar as these facts are it is even more remarkable if you consider that Herman Cain is solidly placed himself in the enemy camp of a group that has demonstrated that their base concepts contains a dislike for Blacks as a whole. But this even has demonstrated without a doubt the foolish way white males have shown their smallness in dealing with the important issues of the day. These are the little Lilliputians ideas running around inside the vacuum of these white presidential candidates while taunting Creationism VS Evolution, Gay Frights, States Rights, Global warming denial, etc.) These are the Lilliputians little ideas running around inside these white presidential candidates while hunger, joblessness, death, poverty, and other needs go over the hill into the dark abbes.

Lies and deliberate miss information is the order of the day for the candidates. Getting out of debt by raising revenues/income is said to be a counter productive notion and the curtailing of human services are the intelligent way to go.

Any head of a house hold knows that if they are in debt the only way out is to increase their income.-and if they are poor or in declining Middle Class the consideration to cut out meals and medical care is the most repugnant choice to make! If the family had a provider who made income and placed it in a save place out side of the home and refused to used it when hard financial times required it, they would be considered a poor provider, mentally challenged and a questionable part of the family institution!

This is how the American Capitalist Institution that provides for the needs of the nation is conducting their responsibilities. They have accumulated great wealth conducting business as the privileged of the nation and now refusing to use it to the good of the nation/family. They are traitors to the Nation just as a family bread winner would be and a traitor to a family while doing the same thing!

This whole perception of superiority has created a group of citizens that feel they are not to be questioned regardless of how ridiculous their presentation may be.The ensuing lies, miss I information and convoluted reasoning has infected the citizens that in their information vacuum are looking to their leaders to provide truth and lightened. A large part of the public is so vulnerable that they can be moved to support/vote things that are obviously not in their best interest! This situation is a major factor in the dumbing down of a nation.

Thus the GOP and Tea Party are having a hay day in promoting national non productive issues and concepts!

Finally, other groups vying for leadership try to mold themselves in the image they see in the white male group. Thus, many Americans have the burden of digging themselves from under a amoral, greedy, lying, group labled “Politicians”, (a polite label given to cover the transgression of most of today's leaders)!

After centuries of selling through massive propaganda that there is a Universal Law called “Free Market” by which Capitalism is a basic part, the time has come to disabuse Americans and the world of this evil lie. This so-called “Free market” law is said to be so perfect and powerful that it cannot be changed or improved by the regulations or actions of mortal man! The truth is there is no Natural Universal Law of “Free Market.” This notion has been firmly imbedded in the consciousness and sub consciousness of men by the placing it in all the institution of society’s rules, morays, beliefs, education curriculums, and even religious dogmas! In America, any citizen who talks against “Capitalism” is labeled a “Traitor!” (Gray and Glroux, THE DARK SIDE of American Capitalism; Centuries of Scandals and Corruption)

For example, corporations have invested billions of dollars in America’s University curriculum development to embed the understanding that Capitalism is the only good economic system. It has so co-opted the colleges of management and business that the subjects of ethnics and humanities have been made only a footnote in the requirement for a degree. Thus, we see that there is a common tendency for business leaders to accept collateral damage (human deaths) as an acceptable part of doing business of profit! In fact, the consumption of war of profit has made the need for war a For-Profit decision. America goes to war today mainly based on a profit motive. In truth, and speaking simply, The Free Market System is the concoction of people such the Routhchilds that posses greedy, selfish, exploitive, criminal behavior to capture the power of the ownership of both real and material resources to benefit the wealthy few as seen in today’s national and international human activities (institutions)! It is a giant “Ponzy Scheme that has no punishable end because the population of fist time investors can never run out. And in addition, the mechanisms that make normal Ponzi Schemes punishable under man’s laws law has been co-opted and corrupted so as defy the precaution and punishment of these enemies to society!

The correction of a false notion that “There is a Universal Natural Law of Free Market” can only be corrected by action just as deliberate and intense as that use to establish that Capitalism is the only acceptable economic system!

Maddow has provided the American Public an inept, truthful, comprehensive, accurate, revealing, “Spin-less”, record of the decision making, actions, decisions and in discursions of the reality of the wars with Iraq/terrorist and the violations of America’s Laws, Constitution, and common ethics that have made the US a less that Idealistic and respected nation.

This presentation of this war shows that there was corruption, crimes, extreme Profit making and breaking of the US image as a nation for all others to follow. The corruption extended right into the White House encompassing both the President and Vise President. Through the out-sourcing of supplying and execution of this war, it became the largest profiting making excessive in history. The Vice President executed" sole source" contracts with such Corporations as Black Water and Halliburton to supply and conduct all or part of the hostilities(business) in Iraq. War for America has become a purely Capitalist, “for profit enterprise” justified with the fear of a national threat to the safety and ideals of the US! Even the justification for going to war has become by he efforts of the Bush-Cheney Administration, nothing more than a business decision! In addition, the civilized agreements such as provided in the “Geneva Convention,” that protected prisoners from the use of torture has become an enterprise that is relegated to the intensity of the classic medieval acts of the rack, thumb screws, Iron maiden, water boarding, etc and is now Childs play. Sadistic human behavior and action is now contracted by the US through corporations of The Military Industrial Complex! As if that is not enough, Cheney the Vice President was being provided a delayed stipend to grease these barbaric activities. These activities by The Bush-Cheney are nothing less than “Crimes Against Humanity” and just as serious as those of Germany in WWII!!

This Capitulation of War is War without passion, War without Ideals, War without Morals. It is the quintessential war of evil!

But this super excellent Investigative Journalistic Record by Maddow, has enlightened the American Public to the chagrin of the powerful “Military Industrial Complex” to the extend that they can and will use any means necessary to bring the voice(s) of exposure by this “Super American Treasure (Patriot)” to an end! In addition, to add insult to injury, these loans have been sold at a discount to “Collection Agencies” that are harassing people for money that do not have and have no way to earn at this time. All this is taking place when there are no jobs available for American college graduates.

When working as a research chemist, the company reported that it took about $40 thousand dollars to condition even an “Ivy League Graduate” to be a functional chemist! This type of arrangement is not new. It has been used more frequently in the crafts industries. The old jokes still will ask, “How many electrician apprentice will it take to replace one electric light bulb?” The serious point here is the hands of the apprentice will in time gain the skills of the journeyman and a new or expanded industry can be born!

A commitment like this will serve to assist in bringing down this unemployment rates and develop new industries for some for profit making industry later. However, the specter of capitalism for profit must not interfere with the initial investments of pubic funds into a suffering economic system.

After a short lived celebration, American would see 200,000 ex-solders unemployed and manufactured war equipment would be pilling up for lack of consumption!! This is capitalist solution to using as a commodity the 200,000 already trained men and produced materials for profit! Further, all presidents hereafter would not have to go to Congress to declare and conduct a war/military action no matter how insane it may be!

How usual is it that we see regularly humans dying in the pursuit of doing a job! The resent disaster of BP in the Gulf Oil spill is but one of a litany of such deaths. When working in a chemical industry it is amazing to find that in the production of a compound the company plans for an acceptable expenditure for possible/probable deaths. If this expenditure is a small percentage of the expected profit the process goes forward with any consideration for improvement to diminish the deaths of the workers. In the mining industry (i. g. coal, gold, diamond, etc.) the coal workers are considered expendable and the coal reigns as king! The coal workers are trapped into accepting the dangers of under ground mining by the abject poverty under which their family has to live. It is reported that at the peak time (1805-1910) over 100,000 mine workers died world wide. It is possible to make this industry much more safe but the expenditure is far more than the deaths and suits of the dead workers. (Brenda Wilson, The Quiet Deaths Outside The Coal Mines)

In the oil industry, safety takes a back seat to the margin of profit if the safety feathers cost hurts changes the bottom line. The oil and gas industry is a real killer. Its fatality rate (30.0 per 100,000 workers) is eight times higher than the average rate for all American workers! Although the deaths in the oil industry are deliberately under reported, a total of 120 fatal work injuries occurred in the oil and gas extraction industry in 2008. The number of fatal work injuries associated with fires and explosions over the past five years ranged from 10 fatalities in 2007 to 21 fatalities in 2006. In 2008, there were 18 fatalities. Agriculture could change the use of it’s poisons to save the health and lives of it’s workers but the changes would make a dent in it’s bottom line. Therefore, migrant workers are regularly sprayed with poisonous pesticides and herbicides that make them ill and affect the life span of them and their children. As a chemist you would recall the time wham barrels of livers and other organs would come to the lab for chemical residue analysis and they were not always organs of animals (human organs)! As an important note it must be recalled that the Tobacco industry kills about 200,000 people per year!

All industries are guilty of participating in this “Culture of Acceptable Collateral Damage (deaths)” in doing business! As a matter of fact the American worker has been conditioned to expect and accept that they have to work in a job where their lives are in real danger. This conditioning has been spread to many other areas such as boxing, football, baseball, auto racing. Etc.. All this is enough to terrorize any citizen! This is place where government must step in and protect the population. Here again America has the wisdom and must find the well for the of, by, and for the people Constitution mandates.

American businesses and political organization are daily demonstrating the ability to move the public’s beliefs on any issue no matter how impossible a reasoning mind can reject the premises! “Trust us We're Experts”, is the position of those that want to get people to move on an issue!

Experts in psychology and human sociology pulled together some compelling data describing the science of creating and shaping public opinion in America. They trace modern public influence back to the early part of the last century, highlighting the work of “The Father of Spin”. (The Father of Spin: Edward L. This effectively cut civilization off from the level of progress that must be attained to solve today’s critical problems of population growth, Global warming, Renewable Clean energy, disease, food production, education growth. Etc.

If you start off with a false information base, you will most times end up with false conclusions. Remember the time, when it was held as a matter of national policy that "a mind is a terrible thing to lose." Today, the determined to be stupid are saying, “Reasoning is a terrible waste of time and facts are nothing but a bother!”

Some common misleading presentations of the “Coalition of Ignorance, Fear, and Emotion” are:

1. The more you cut taxes the more tax revenue flows into federal coffers.

2. History proves America is a Christian nation.

3. Climate change is either not happening at all or, if it is happening, it has nothing to do with our use of fossil fuels.

4. Slashing regulation of business and high finance is good for business, good for the nation and good for the American public.

5. If the rich are allowed to keep more of their earnings they will share it with everyone else, (trickle down).

6. School science classes should be "fair and balanced," like Fox News, when teaching the origins of life on earth by teaching the biblically-inspired "creationist" version alongside Darwin's scientific theory of evolution.

7. President Obama "may not have been born in America" as he claims.

8. President Obama is "a secret Muslim."

9. Taxes are inherently bad.

10. America can solve it’s debt problem by cutting taxes to rich and

11. Unions are detrimental to economic progress.

The greatest tragedy is that this false information is being seen in the books and curriculum of our educational system. Before the first session of the U.S. was in dept before the Congress close. The public debt was more than $75 million, Since that time it has never been paid down.

The reality is that, as of 2010, China held only 9.5 percent of our outstanding debt. The largest lender to the U.S. government is the people and corporations of the United States. The Us owe 42.1 percent of the national debt in the form of Treasury bills (T) and the bulk in dept. are hold by American corporation, the very ones that don’t want to pay their taxes!

If you had a cancer that give you a headache, chest pains, and eye focusing disabilities, would you treat the cancer by taking an aspirin for the headache, some antacid for the chest pains and some eye drops for the eyes! I guess not because the root cause of the illness is the cancer in your head!

This is the same with the economic illness of the US. The US has unemployment, personal and National Debts, hungry, fear and anguish. These are but some of the systems of the Economic melt down. Therefore, providing unemployment checks is good but temporary-paying debts by using credit cards and/or selling “T” bills is also temporary-feeding the hungry with commodities and singing songs of praise are them satisfying but temporary. This is the treating of the symptoms of our problem of economic Crisis. The root cause is in the “Goudian Knot” of wealth being over blotted and hoarding ill placed cash!

The “Goudian Knot” of the US economic Cancer is the Bankers, Wall Street, cooperation moving money to off shore accounts and the allowed “Punsi” schemes of criminal business people! It will take a moral strong, Statesman to cut the strangling Gouderain Knot that holds the blood of America's economic institution of, for and by the people! America’s Nation debt is reported to about $14.1 trillion dollars which makes the US Government a poor institution. In contrast private wealth is reported to hold about $15-$20 trillion dollars in out of country accounts. This private holding is enough funds to pay the national debt and jump-start the US economy easily. But the move to retrieve these private holding will arose such a power as to make the WWII pale by comparison!

This leaves President Obama with the phase “Compromise and Negotiate” stuck in his public speech. How can he negotiate and compromise with an adversary of Powerful, Greedy, Amoral, criminal, traitors that have deliberately brought the “Institution of America Government” to it's knees? Obama must at least pretend to work on the symptoms, which is not the real problem, to survive. Believe me Obama has a multitude of symptoms on which to work and seems to get additional ones by the day! It makes him look like a weak and an ineffective Statesman. Obama is also a Black man, if you had not realized this. He is fought by many not because he is trying to do bad or good, but he is opposed primarily to make sure that he has as few successes as possible!

What is the real answer for the President? TAXES ARE NOT INHERENTLY BAD-THE WORD TAX MUST BE REMOVED AS A POLITICIANS FEAR SCARE TOOL!!

Lean forward and listen or read this carefully! Taxes are not inherently a bad thing. To start with the definition of Taxes is “a sum of money paid/collected/demanded by a government for its support or for specific facilities or services, levied upon incomes, property, sales, etc.”

Corporations and some politicians have gone to great lengths to instill into the beliefs of the voter that all taxes and those who declare are very bad. The phase, “Those old Tax and spend Liberals,” or some right wing campaigning presidential candidates saying, “Watch my mouth, no more taxes!” is regularly used to drive intelligent/progressives into a corner and deny them the ability to openly talk about taxes in any solution to financial problems.

It is time to ask the question, “ If the peoples government did not collect taxes how would some services be paid for?” Yes, the word “Taxes” has been made a dirty word and being used by politicians to defeat any potential intelligent Statesman that proposes their collection as a way to support/pay for the necessary services for a healthy society. Further, the demonizing of the word “Taxes” has made it impossible to use the collection or raiseing of taxes to balance the National Debt. In fact, if corporations would pay their fair share of taxes it would easily be enough cover the existing National Debt!! The critical question should be, “Who pays taxes and what tax rate(s) are fair!?”

In the opinion of many economists the most equitable tax is a flat tax on income. In others words if you make a dollar you pay say a $.10 or ten percent tax-if you make $1 million dollars you pay about $100,000.00 in taxes.” But as Americans know the present tax codes, taxes are levied on the poor and Middle Classes and the wealthy pay little to none. Taxing is not that complicated. However, the explanation of taxes is made complicated in order to deliberately “Bamboozle” the public and drive public servant into hiding!! No public servant can admit that they do not understand the subject of “Taxes” nor “American Economics Capitalist Style.” That is why all economic explanations are provided “Casey Stingle Style!” America deliberately has one of the most “Regressive” tax system in the civilized world!

It is true that taxes are at times misused and wasted by incompetent, unscrupulous, and misleads Statesmen. But when this occurs the citizens can solve this problem but voting this misplaced leader out of government. Consider this against the situation where a CEO of a private for profit corporation gain excess profits and proceed to exercise that power by further exploiting the citizens/voters. How then can this CEO be removed form their positions. The citizens did not vote these CEOs into their office nor can they vote them out!

In addition, some services in a society do not lend themselves to a “Private for profit” investment. Consider such services as road building and maintenance, water management, Law Enforcement, military for national defense/protection, interstate and “inter and intra public services” management and etc. Further, there is no guarantee that any corporation would be loyal and patriotic enough to provide employment to Americans when they can move their operations out of the country in order to get a cheaper labor leaving American unemployed, poor, hopeless and hungry!

The word “Tax” must be taken out of the context where it can be used as a rule of thumb “bad word” that frightens the voter to vote for those, who wish to weaken government in order to be able to take advantage of public resources. Taxes are not bad (per se), “wicked, incompetent, and criminal” Tax spenders are very bad!!

American today is struggling with a debt that has been made mainly by the problem of the wealthy avoiding paying any taxes at all, gaining immense wealth, sitting on their ill gotten spoils, with all the Americans and world be dammed!! It is reported that the amount of money presently held in off shore banks by private companies is more than equal to the total national debt of America! This is the challenge for our president, “Can any President in the face of the present power of privately concentrated immense wealth, make and keep the “Institution of Government” as the primary leader of our civilized society.”

Would you rather pay a private for profit corporation $2.00 for all drinking water, or so much per mile for the use of privately owned roads and bridges, or $$ for bottles of breathable air?? Would Americans rather have CEOs, that are not holding/in offices as choices of the people (e.g. voting) running the nation with the primary objective of exploiting the citizens and nation resources??

Libya is another one of America's chickens coming home to roast. The world revolts against world tyrants in the Middle East is generally a common result of citizens in countries that are supported by American money and policies that overlook the violation of human right in these nations.

Today, February 26, 2011 it is reported that Gaddafi is threatening to use the chemical weapons of Mustard Gas on his own people. The chaos in Libya has raised fears about the security of deadly mustard gas stockpiled in the country and whether Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi might use it on his own people. (NavyNurse, LIBYA MUSTARD GAS STOCKPILE, Washington (CNN), Feb 25, 2011) Don’t be surprised to find that this Mustard Gas was supplied by the US or US Military or affiliated Corporations! In addition, some of the aircraft used to attack Libyan citizens were supplied by the US. All of the military equipment has some connection with US suppliers of the world’s war material. Rumors alleged that Gadhafi is providing about $400.00 (CNN) per person to Libya citizens and $3 Billion to Republican Party to support him!! Gadhafi has taken a page out of the CEO Kock’s book, who has tried to buy some State Governors support to stop the Union (Middle Class & Poor) resistance. He wants to buy the attention of Republican leaders!

Moreover, this whole multi nation revolt in the Middle East can be traced back to the corrupt and misguided policies the American Government has accepted that is mainly to provide advantage for corporation's to exploit the resources of oil in these nations. It did not matter that these nations were not democracies and had tyrants as leaders. In fact, corporations and US Governments prefer to do business with dictators. They also preferred these leaders to be ignorant, barbaric, and cruel. Dictators are more like successful CEOs in that they are singular minded, greedy, amoral, and criminal. Collateral damage (human rights or deaths) is not an issue with a dictator.

This is Obama’s dilemma and an impossible task to resolve! As the citizen revolts in the Middle East continues the reasons for the up-heaves remain the same. Further, Obama must know that the union VS State Republican Governors such as those of Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, etc. (MSNBC) has the same issues as these in the Middle East, The “Middle Class VS Wealth”

Where is the Black “Civil Rights Movement??” It is apparent that Black problems have become a sideshow of a sideshow in the world and American. The song “We Shall Overcome” has become their song of acceptance of the “status quo” and not the fight song that made Blacks move to action. It is a clear and present part of the not-so-equal society but it needs a clearer indemnification, in today’s world. Blacks find themselves today doodling around such things as Black Honorees or Blacks who have lived but really never done any thing but be safe. Some of these honorees are even "dishonorees" (i. e. the Clarence Thomases, Black Toms, and Williams, etc) having performed negative activities against their own kind. Black have taken the past and refused to make a serious future of finishing the road to equality!!

NONVIOLENCE OR THE VIOLENCE OF NONCOOPERATION:

MLK and Gandhi had to write the truth about their nonviolent activities. They use noncooperation as a “Weapon” to get some movement toward the quality of mankind! The nonviolent movement was not really non violent. It was the use of the overt/violent pressure/force of “non cooperation” to get the oppressors to move.

Further, another not so well recorded fact was that the coalition that made this movement work was that which finally included the Middle and Lower Class citizens that had as an objective that of unjust wars and Feminine Equality. These white citizens had the easily identified problem of the unfairness of another problem that of antiwar movement.. This was the undeclared Vietnam War on a people that had nothing to do with an attack on American rights and citizens.

When MKL united with these “so-called-flower-children" Black Civil Rights took on a broader new power that made government move to make changes in the questionable activities of war and Civil Rights. Today, there is another common problem that is available for the Black Civil Right advocates to unite with. These groups are located all over the world. They are the teachers in Wisconsin, Egyptian, Liberians, uk, Muslims, etc. All of these groups have a common enemy, the coalitions of the wealthy that have nearly brought all other "institutions" of a civilized society to it’s knees!

BLACK CIVIL RIGHTS HAS NEW NATIONAL AND WORLD WIDE ALLIES!!

But hold it today there is a more serious rights movement. It is a World Wide war. It is really that WWIII that so many leaders have been saying they are trying to avoid. This war has no enemy with uniforms, flags, and sovereign territory. Unlike other wars there is no seventh parallel or French DiMaggio lines. The territory is described as the classic Institution of “Economics Capitalism American Style!” This is one of the five institutions in a civilized society which include Family, Religion, Education and Politics The advisories in this war are Capitalist Economic System on one side and the other five Institutions on the other. Capitalism has proven to be a powerful advisory because it has grown to control the resources that all other institutions need to exist.

THE NEW COALITION OF CIVIL RIGHTS:

So in summary this is a war with the Middle Classes against the Wealthy for control of world resources. The middles Classes are located cross national borderlines. They are Egyptians, British, Germans, Chinese, Libyans, Americans, Nigerians, Tunisians,

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION(S) AND WHO CAN DO THE SOLVING?

In all the revolutions of history it has been recorded that the Middle Classes. Poor and young that have made changes happen. But alas, in American our youth have been so sheltered and coddled by the parental “Baby Boomers” that they have no clue/idea of their condition. Although these Black and white graduates have no employment after college, they still have hope that some great and powerful God will change this! They have not had the benefit of experiencing to fire of “no income compounded with no hope.” Until they have been educated on the real world and HOPE is gone it will have to be one of the old time “Baby Boomers” that will take the leadership and finally involve these college students of the 2000s. Further, if there are any Ministers left that are without sin and not so heavenly bound that they are of earthly good, they should again take the lead stand up be the hero and move onto the white and Black campuses without the “We Shall Over Come” song and get this job done.

THE INSTITUTION OF RELIGION MUST TAKE THE LEAD IN THIS WAR AGAINST GREEDY:

Yes, the Institution of Religion has as it main tenants the responsibility of bringing this enemy that contains Greed, amorality and criminality located in the institution of “Economics (Capitalism)” to a halt before the laws of both man and God! The institution of economic as presently constructed is not a complimentary institution to society.

The resent attacks on unions are the prime opportunity for Black Civil Rights to again become timely and relevant. The Baptist, Epistical, Methodist, Conventions should have visibility at all of the events where unions are being attacked. The SCLC, NAACP, NOW Women Voters League, etc. must join this unified group of AFL-CIO to bring these humans rights to a successful conclusion.

In summary, this is a struggle/war between the Middle Classes and the Wealthy. The common contention is the control of the world's resources of people, minerals, etc. The armies are composed of the 80-90 % that male up the “have-nots (workers)” on side the and the 2% that make up the “Haves (e.g. Bankers, Wall Street, etc.)”

If we are not careful and thoughtful we as Americans will miss the most important part of this Revolt in Egypt! It is not so much that the revolt resulted in the apparent stepping down of a known brutal tyrant, as it was that it happened without a shot being fired.

In addition, the Egyptian citizens need to be aware that in the democratic transmission to a new leader the presence of American corporations in their country holds not only a great financial wealth (threat,) they hold the propensity to make elections look as if it was an exercise of fools and children. Then there is the Egyptian Military. America alone has invested over $80 billions of dollars in Egypt's military. Therefore, the combination of the corporations and the military really do control and run Egypt! At this very time this power block is plotting and scheming on how to make this election out come to the benefit of the wealthy and the powerful. That is the American way of practicing Democracy. This is just another election waiting to be bought by the wealthy and powerful. Things seem to be changing but really everything will remain the same. At best the Egyptians will get a government that has the military and cooperation with the power to tell the new puppet leader what to do!

American business in this nation in transition is a greedy, amoral, profit-making beast in need of controls. Get and keep these criminals out of the election process!

First, Egypt must make it a crime for business to buy excess propaganda/political ads that grab the minds of the citizens. In addition, there needs to be limitations on the amount of money any one candidate can have and spend. Then there is the problem of equal access to the media and its satellites. No deliberate lie should be able to pass the smell and taste test of “just being a political statement!” Maybe the loss of a foot, or an eye or a hand is too little punishment for the deliberate killing of the mentality of citizenry to think on the truth of an issue or situation.

In order to have any chance of getting fair election American needs to make available a team of honest, reliable people to assist Egypt through these times. A team to include people like such as, Hillary Clinton. Bill Clinton, Colin Powell, Ion Sanches, Jesse Jackson, William Gates, President Carter, Arnold swatzaneger, etc.. MSNBC should be sent in to be sure that at least one national media will shine a light on the situation!

President Obama is doing an excellent job at trying to influence this crisis in Egypt. However, America and the world are probably being bamboozled, pimped, and punk out by corporations and the Egyptian military.

FOUR OF TEN MOST WANTED MAFIA OF TODAY

Fellow Americans must come to understand just how pervasive the existence of the many types of “Mafia,” “Mobs.” “Gangs” we allow to operate in our nation! We have been convinced that the “Mob” is really the Italian like criminal that fit the “Soprano and Gad Father” image. But in reality there are many other “Mob and Mafia” operations in the nation. There are at least three words used interchangeably when discussing the subject of who are the criminal organizations, Gangs, The Mob or Mob, and the Mafia.

A gang is a group of people, through the organization, formation, and establishment of an assemblage, share a common identity. In current usage it typically denotes a criminal organization or else a criminal affiliation

Often Mob is used to refer to organized crime. Often used with the: a murder suspect with links to the Mob. They can do well at times and at times are no more than groups of people with similar objectives and issues.

Mafia refers to a tightly knit group of trusted associates, crime group even, a political group or leader:

So you see, Mobs, Gangs, and/or Mafia can be good, bad, legal or criminal according to whose bull is being gored and who is profiting from their existence. America has come to be very tolerant of these groups almost to a fault! Our most honored Mob, Gang, Mafia is the financial industry. America has allowed it to bring the whole nation to the brink of disaster!!

However, by definition some good “Gangs or Mobs” are some Families, some Religious Denominations, Some educations, some political parties, some Private companies, NAACP, Urban League, League of Women Voters, Anti Deformation League, etc. They at the least do no harm to others!

For example Exxon/Mobil” and the oil cooperations are nothing more than legitimized “Mobs!” They conduct schemes of rip-offs that fit any definition of “The Mob or Mafia!”

The banking industry is nothing but a legitimate “Mafia and Mob!” So are the Wall Street, Pharmacy, Mining Industry which include Coal, Oil, copper, Iron, some political Parties, etc! All these industries/organizations conduct business that takes advantage of the American citizens for services and living needs/resources.

The powerful in America have the tendency of making any “Organization” an outsider and an undesirable “Gang, Mop, Mafia, etc. when an advantage is needed. This places them outside of the nations morals, ethics, law, or acceptable institutions! Thus, “Black Gangs, Italian Mafia, Muslims, Drug pushers (not Drug Suppliers so much), The RNC call/labeled ACORN, which is a voter registration group financed by the federal government a "quasi –criminal mob,’ Muslim Brotherhood,” have been harassed and prosecuted on regular occasions. In contrast, The Tobacco Industry/organization, that is a proven killer of approximately 400,000 American each is not labeled a ”Mob, Mafia, Gang, etc” and allowed to operate without interference. There is no way for Americans to over look the Gang-Mafia activities of BP, Exxon/Mobil, Wall Street, Banking Industry, Black Water, Halliburton. Etc., that has conducted their “Ponzi and Casino” rip offs to our peril.

The allowing of these organized operations is not the American way. They are in fact a corruption of the law, intent and spirit of the Constitution, and in violation the axiom of doing no harm of the American way! Mother Grizzly express the accepted notion that a person must “Man-up,” be "a criminal, greedy, and made their bones (killer)" to be a strong leader American style. This is one of America's greatest problems!

Egypt's citizens riot against the evils of it’s Dictator, Hosni Mubarak! This is another sad mark in the 20 year history of an American policy that has gone bad . . . . Finally.

The present of the strong role that America's corporations have on making “Foreign Policy,” placed Egypt's dictator in power many years ago. This was strictly a business decision to keep and strengthen a foothold in the oil rich area of the Arab nations. America, in coordination with Israel, gave Israel a solid position in this area at the continuing investment of billions of dollars in Israel and a war against Egypt. The Egyptians people had been forced to accept a dictator parading under the banner of being elected president/dictator. (Dan Murphy, Joe Biden says Egypt's Mubarak no dictator, he shouldn't step down and wonders what the Egyptian protesters want,Christain Science Monitor, January 27, 2011) The elections were set and conducted under the influence of America! America had bought and paid for two peculiar Ally and made a new nation in the mean time. Someone must tell the truth here because only the truth can set America free.

Now that the chickens have come home to roast, this charade has been exposed as another disaster for a nation and its people. America now has the difficult task of deciding whom to support and to admit that this is a dictatorship and that they are responsible for this policy. America must support the citizens that are calling for a true democracy and again show its common two-faced world attitude!!

But Obama has a more comprehensive and pervasive problem in foreign policy agreements. There are so many foreign policies that exist that were made by private industry strictly for profit reasons. How does Obama clean up the problem these agreements will soon bring? The Iraq, Afghanistan, North Korea, Vietnam, Nigeria, Cuba, Somalia, China, any place where there is an Oil possibility, etc., situations are all made on the inherently bad policies of cooperate influences. The magnitude of these problems comes with a multitude of vested interest and ready-made powerful enemies! This is the task that no mortal man/person can solve right readily! Even the Rothschild cartels/financial octopus will not sit still for Obama’s interference in these matters!

Obama’s State of The Union comprehensively covered most of the ups and downs of America's institutions today. It is clear that in America, if all five of our institutions, which include Family, Religion, Education, Economics, and Politics, are not functioning well, the progress we must expect is not easily achieved.

Of course today America's super powerful institution of Economics/Capitalism has created a destabilizing effect that has threatened to bring down all other institutions. However, there is a common factor that runs through all institutions that can make them good or bad for the common good.

Capitalism is an economic system in which the leades/CEO’s, means of production are privately owned and operated for a private profit. Decisions regarding supply, demand, price, distribution, and investments are made by private actors strictly for the bottom line, profits. To be most effective or most profitable, Capitalism must be totally Amoral. Greedy and owe no Loyalty to a nation or country!!

Since capitalism is the economic system of America, it cannot be run only for the profits of a few. It must be run for the benefit of the many! It mist be required to have some degree of loyalty to nation, morality and ethics. Corporations in America have moved the means of making a living out of the country, which is both an act of disloyalty and does great harm to the general population!! The fact is that 1% of the population has 90% of the wealth and all other institutions are, to a great extent bought and owned by the institution of Capitalism. This includes the institution of Religion! Thereby, comes the today's dirty words of regulations or guides that the Governed must have for their economic institution.

If any institution does not have as a foundation the ingredients of ethics and morals, the ends of their actions will inevitably be a disaster for the greater good, humans.

Therefore, the institution of Religion has a primary role to play in making sure that the “good stays good” and the “bad turns good.” Classically Religion tend to derive morality, ethics, religious laws or a preferred lifestyle from their ideas about the cosmos and human nature. All Institutions of a civilized society must exist for the welfare of its general population and at the least do no harm!

More over, our economic system has been functioning absent the foundation and practice of ethics, profoundly Amoral and are Greedy. It is a “Pure Capitalism System.” This has culminated in the corruption of all other institutions, including Religion to a great extent! Considering that a really good, successful, CEO is the Greediest, most Amoral, disloyal to a country, person, why would Americans vote for one to be the leader of our nation???

For example, the solution to the problem of the earth having a finite recourses and numbers of human beings having an infinite possibility; this issue is probably one that the institution of Religion can address the best! But it is seen that World Capitalist has its own plan for the solution of population at this very time. In their meetings the control of population is a matter of resource control.

Solutions form the money makers will come in the form of genocide, starvation, localizing areas of population extermination, resource environmental pollution. Etc. The solutions must and should have the human consideration of more ethical and moral/humane character.

Hitler and his economic system had their solutions. It included a general Holocaust, selective breeding, harvester of human organs from the targeted subclasses (i. e. eyes, livers, hearts, kidneys, blood and blood products, skin, veins, bones, etc), Feticide, starvation, euthanasia, etc. all were absent of any acceptable levels of Religious or moral and ethical considerations. These solutions will not be outside of the those our economic institution will consider or use! It is called by the clever name of “collateral damage” at the present time!

Of course the solutions pursued by Religion will not be without the facing (Ministering-up, Maning-up, Mother Grizzlying-up) the profound and agonizing issues of what Religions will determine its role in population planning/control to be.

If there is too many bleeding hearts that are too “heavenly bound” there will be no “earthly solutions” fourth coming. But this is the road that will recapture America’s institutions and make them of, by, and for the good of it’s people!

It was a great Red Letter day when TV cameras were allowed on the floor of our Government bodies. However, the live images of our representatives resulted in a most remarkable thing. Instead of showing out duly elected officials doing the real business of the people's government, very large numbers of our leaders are profiling and talking to the cameras

How many time do we see our legislators approaching the podium, leaning against the podium, hands in a gesturing position and talking the most ignorant, illogical, misleading message of fear, and emotion of all times! Our fellow American leaders white hair all silky white, wearing their Eagle Brand suits, blue eyeing staring at you as if they were the messengers of some all knowing god, and lying openly or aggressive working for some special interest. Recently a Congressman said, ”My truth may not fit your facts but truth is always common sense and believable!” In other wards, “Truth and facts are mutually exclusive!”

Take the Health Legislation-it was said, “The government's Obamacare mandates Advanced planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend am ‘end of life planning’ seminar every five years!” These are the Death committees! “The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax.” Now, how could anyone in his or her right mind come up with this convoluted statement!

The act of Congressmen talking to the cameras has caused two very destructive things. First, it has provided the public a standard of “non sense” and “lies” that set the average intellectual goals of achievement at a level of a 7th grader and tells the public that any thing you say regardless of how ignorant is OK. The facts do not need to support what is given under the guise of Truth! Secondly, this tendency to say any thing as truth and absolute has stopped these leaders from taking the time and effort to look for the facts and them using reason to make accretions or conclusions. The full potential of the individual and whole group is never to be reached. The level of universal "Stupidity" becomes the standard.

The TV camera live in the Congress chamber has diminished the elected politician becoming a “Statesman” once elected to office. It has made a sham out of the expectation that the voter has placed into office a true representative “of, by and for” the people!

A classical example of how a Female (and others) views herself (themselves) as the equal to an essentially white male leader we only need to look at Sarah Palin-Mother Grizzly. She wares bibbed pants waders with both belt and suspenders. Stands in the Bubber stance, her little legs apart, thumbs stuck in the side pockets, swaying from side-to-side, posturing while waiting to take a shot on the shooting range. She takes her 306 rifle shoots Bambi, Thumper, Yogi and Boo Boo Bear, takes home a moose for dinner after clubbing a Flounder to death! He rethoric is filled with images of targets, lock and load, and remember the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution. She takes Vice President Cheney’s image of shooting his “Friend” in the face as a wonderful hazard worth taking for the sake of the win!

In addition, some female and Blacks that are vying for political positions having adapted the common habit of using, “Common Sense (polite phase for the stupidity)” and using it to make others comfortable with being ignorant and having joined the mass “Stupidity” of the voting public! This is one of the main reasons that the level of American education/intelligence performance is reported to be about the 7th grade level. Further. This demonstration by Congresspersons exposes to the world the reality that Americans are no more enlightened that some of the Third World Nations!

Some enterprising fellow Americans are using this condition of fear, emotion and declaration of truth with out fact to back it up and making big money (Limbaugh $500 million, Palin $20 million, Hannity, O'Reilly, Joe Scarborough, etc.)

America's more perfect union has been obstructed by the show of disloyalty to truth, morality, and ethics! It is critical that Americans declare who our enemy is (i.e. Corporations, corrupt politicians, even at times some of our so called religious leaders) and excise/eliminate this cancer from the “Body Government” using all means necessary.

2011 brings America to probably the most critical corporate bought and paid for assembly (112th Congress) in decades. The Republicans are ready for the systemic destruction of many pieces of legislation that is good for citizens and destructive to corporate exploitation!

It's a shame to lose a Congressperson of any religion. She was shot along with 12 other people attending a “meet your congressman” at a shopping center by a born in the USA citizen! If anything is to be learned by this, it should be that the hate mongering that has been so rampant in this country does more than just make money for domestic terrorist Limbaugh, Beohner, Fox, Glen Beck, or Sarah Palin. It gives unstable people permission to kill children or elected officials.

Immigrants had absolutely nothing to do with this. Mexican Drug Kingpins had nothing to do with this. In fact, there is no evidence of a Mexicans ever being terrorist!

Our grandchildren are in the greatest danger from the ignorance that may very well be destroying any hope of maintaining our Democracy. Our Nation is being lost to legal or illegal American criminals and ignorant zealots that have been lurking disproportionately at the bottom of the Republican Far Right Conservative Party every sense the Southern Strategy of Reagan. This was a strategy that brought The Southern Dixicrats and racist, sexist, homophobes and deviants to the party. They have found the financial backing of the corporate money that has only the exploitation of the nation as an objective!

After our crying and sadness has finished there needs to be an aggressive effort to tone down the loud mouths that are making money off keeping the citizens fired up over the fears of tier individual Ids. We must say as openly as the Limbaughs and the Palins that American is a nation of differing views that resolve their differences through the constructs the laws of our Constitution, not withstanding the 2nd Amendment thereof!

This lady Congressperson was a true, hard working, Democrat even respected by Republicans. The Tea Partiers want to take our one state at a time by any means

There is no way known to man to “Compromise” with ignorant, insane humans. America will survive only if the opposing political forces become just as intense as the opposition!

As the Governor of Florida Elect proceeds to move from a politician, take the peoples “Oath of Office,” to become a “Statesman” and take his place as leader, there are some alternative thoughts that he may consider.

First, we must understand that there are five major important institutions of a civilized society, Family, Religion, Education, Politics, and Economic. Each institution has their inherent characteristics and rules. The most important rule is that the institution will do no harm and includes what humans call “Moral” and social expectations. However, in the institution of Economics (i. e. Capitalism) the characteristic of “Morals” are counter productive to the narrow objective of it’s pure “Greed” of "Profit Making".

Therefore, in Capitalism American Style, pure greed has found morals as a liability. In fact, for the greatest profit, "Capitalism" has always been what is called an “Amoral” institution. American “Capitalism” is more successful, and refined than seen in the history of civilization! It has dropped all pretense of considering those issues such as Moral, social, and humane that are important characteristics to all other institutions in a civilized American Society! Even the loyalty to a particular country is a liability to profit making and has been dropped by American Corporations. This is why American citizens see their jobs going to other nations for lower production expenses/wages to the determent of being “Loyal” to American interest.

Further. American Capitalism has developed into a position so powerful that it has using corruption, propaganda and payola and invaded all other institutions in America! It has by any measure bought our in institution of “Politics/Government” through the financing of a candidates campaign for office. All other institutions must yield their moral character regularly to the pressures of making money to secure all the basic needs of the members of their particular institution. The operational hierarchy of Institutions should logically be (High to Low) Government (Constitutional Laws) followed by but not necessarially in this order,-Family-Religion-Education- and then Economics! Capitalism cannot run the nation!

This is important for our new Governor to know and understand. The skill of Business while it may be helpful/good for his functions, the underlying morality of looking at the needs of the humans and over-all societal development for which government exists far out ranks the business of being profitable in its “Constitutional” tasks. Functions, and Actions.

Moreover, it may be good to realize that the reason our Governor was elected was not so much his campaign affirmations while running for office, as the circumstances of the profound unemployment that citizens are experiencing and attributing to the Democrats. In other, words citizens voted not so much for the candidate but against the condition they were in while Democrats were in charge. They voted nationally against the Democrats wrongly for causing and not improving their lot in the two years they were in office. In addition, the fact that the President is now a Black Man added to the momentum for voting against Democrats.

Governor Elect Scott should consider that the promise to privatize say prisons is not really a good idea. The fixing for our prisons is probably best by reform of procedures and /or psychological conditioning of the “Administration of the Laws” by the enforce personnel. For example, our men and women in uniform must be trained to be less “Us(officers) against Them(citizens)” as they are we are here to protect and reform those that have strayed outside the law for various reasons; those that are more caused by the conditions of the citizens living and psychological problems brought about by undo stressful encounters (e. g. abuse, mental, poverty, survival for family obligations, etc.)!

Next, “Privatization” of prisons is too profit oriented and thus unless for any chance for reform and rehabilitation. As long as the primary objective is to fill the beds of the prison for $30,000 per year the overarching goal will be to get and keep the beds filled.

Then there is the campaign objective of “Contracting and outsourcing.” In this time of extreme unemployment there is little wisdom in putting Public Servants into the street adding further to the roles of the unemployed. There are things the Government can do better but are not good for private profiting making industry. These things may be necessary but not be useful it profiteering and a capitalism bent.

During the fifties and sixties the government invested in things that were not at first start, profit making but needed for the good of the nation. The TVA, CC Camps, Research in Agriculture to mention a few. However, they finally developed into the many business fertilizer, plastics, computers, machines, etc. These are some of today’s largest profiting making enterprises, as it is lovingly called!

All other Government changes must be viewed with the same prism “is it good for people and does do no harm” before the making of profit is used in the decision-making!! (i. e. immigration, retirement, education, Commerce, Employment, etc.)

It is the time for the giant step from a businessperson to a politician, into a shoes/role of a “StatesPerson” now that you sit in the Governor’s/Peoples Chair!

Capitalism American Style Does Great Harm & Has Brought Down All Other Institutions!!

There is a way that the usefulness of capitalism can be made moral and “do-no-harm!” Presently the objective of Capitalism American Style is to gain and hold unlimited wealth and hold it for the good of the benefit of the individual! It is the common “Enemy” of the world, as we know it. It is also the enemy of our enemy, the Muslin Terrorist! Yes, it is the corporations that are harming the Islam nations. (Webster On Line Dictionary: an economic system characterized by private or corporate ownership of capital goods, by investments that are determined by private decision, and by prices, production, and the distribution of goods that are determined mainly by competition in a free market) Please notice “Capitalism” is an economic institution, not a “Social Institution/System” as Americans have been sold to think. When an economic system is harmful to the other social institutions the economic institution must be fixed, changed or dismantled!!

What if there was another stipulation placed on the privilege of making a profit. If there was a written moral requirement for the capitalist to have in its charter/contract/license the stipulation that the excess wealth they gained from the exploitation of the world would be used for some humane or social development project(s), then the acquiring of great wealth would be for the benefit of mankind. Just think this is not an outlandish or bad idea. These human projects/investments need not be directly associated with the product of the industry involved. There is no need for a person to gain great wealth just to stash it away in an undisclosed place where it does no good for humanity.

For example, if Exxon/Mobil had as a part of its license that the excess profits of the company would be invested in the exploration of new and clean energy sources, and then the profits would be used absolutely for the progress and benefit of mankind. If the pharmaceuticals had as a part of it license the stipulation that it would invest their excess profits in the investigation of new drugs and procedures for the curing of a disease such as cancer then their existence would have a moral base for the good of mankind. The lumber industry should be license to do measurable forest renewal. And so on it goes!!

For the privilege of participating in the pleasure of profiting in the nation’s economic system there should be a demand to do no harm and for the redirecting of company resources to create a better place for mankind.

This must be the paramount goal of The American citizens in 2011!

The Use of Reason Instead Of Fear and Emotion is not a Sign of a Weak President!!

The world of power is based on the fact that ignorance, fear, emotion and illusion are the mother’s milk of control and exploitation of humans. This is and has been the base of all policies of national and international preemptive conquests!!

The United States and all its allies have long been conducting business by assuring that the level of intelligence in the population at large remains at about the fifth grade level. This attribute is so great that when the world produces a leader, who tries to bring the population to the realization that there is a need for raising their intellect, they are in mortal danger of an assignation! Castro, South American leaders, Obama types are poison for the power brokers of corporations and American Leaders. The whole “Manifest Destiny” was based on the declaration that we in American or Leaders of America were destine to rule and own the world because of their superior ordained privilege and intelligence. Where there was ignorant population our God had provided us the right to take them on as “The Super Intelligent White Leaders Burden!!”

If Obama intends to change the way the world treats each other, he has to first disabuse Americans of the notion that it is not all right to use lies, intimidation, genocide, famine, plagues, and human misery as tolls of public and international policies. This is the most difficult path to take when fighting the "coalition of corruption" that presently rules the world. America every day holds up other backward societies as quaint, beautiful, primitive, and good objects for study. This is all right until a society develops a dogma that holds freedom above life its self. This is the problem we see in the Muslin militants. They do not have the capacity to militarily win over the super powers. However, they have the weapon of suicide as a weapon that can only be defeated by the complete annihilation of the group or the reeducation of the group in a religion that is centuries old. They are no longer quant now. They are our cruel and repugnant enemies!!

In American the issue of changing the Health Care System is having so much trouble because, the profiteers on the Health Care System are using the foundation of evoking fear, emotion, and confusion into a population that is conditioned to avoid thinking at all cost. In fact how many times have you heard the phase, “Common Sense” approach in contrast to using, ”reasoning” bound in intellect to make a decision. Our politicians have elevated the ignorant that come with fear and emotion to an acceptable level and made think the domain of those old elitist, eggs heads, liberals and progressives-and Obama!! In fact, the Conservative have gladly given Obama the label of, “Professor of Politics” to seal him in a position of the least chance of winning a point no matter how obviously positive it may be!!

This is the same problem with our international policies. These policies were set by American business of profit making and based in using ignorance, fear, and emotion to gather the wealth of the world into their hidden pots! Now Obama has to provide the nations of the world the idea that reason is not a sign of weakness and is as honorable, powerful, and acceptable as the “fist of destruction” that history has use to conquer people. How many times have you been taught that when coming in as a new leader you should first show an act of cruelty by firing some people and slapping others, before you start to offer boons/gifts to the worthy!!

This use of reasoning will be fought by all the exploiters of the world!!

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE TELEVISION IS ON THE CONGRESS FLOOR?

The recent stationing of TV cameras in Congress has unacceptably influenced the behavior of most Congressmen on floor of the House and Senate. They seem more concerned with their image on camera than the substance of their speeches or the substance of the legislation before them! The TV cameras expose the following;

the intellectually challenged,
a profound lack of understanding,
an abundance of hyperbolic egos spouting out misinterpreted information,
clinical ignorance,
sadistic playing to the camera such as overly emotional blubbering and crying.

On a positive note, the live TV shows how much hypocrisy there is among some of the Congressman. They cannot be on one side at one time and change their sides without the viewing public seeing their political trickery live and color. For example, Boehner finally had to admit that he said that he did not want Obama or his policies to succeed. Although he fell short of admitting he was fighting Obama because he was Black!

ARE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICES OUR FRIEND AND FOE???

A young Black boy tasered in the gentiles several times until he passed out and soiled his clothes! This is the absurd things that some degenerate Law Officers do while abusing the taser that is supposed to be a “Non Lethal” weapon. This list of reported abuses includes:

ü Man having diabetic seizure tasered 11 times,

ü Officers taser 14-year-old boy, sending him into cardiac arrest, Officers repeatedly taser,

ü threading to sodomize foster children,

ü Mentally ill man falls to his death after being tasered,

ü Bipolar man killed by taser for running down street naked,

ü 10-year-old child tased at day care.

ü Etc.

These are, of course, just a few examples that point to a much larger problem of taser abuse by police. Law Enforcement most times is our front line against terrorist, friends of the public, not terrorist!!

Our Police officers are not so much chosen or trained for their humanity and intellect but more for their large stature and ability to act with barbaric intensity at the slightest provocation. They are especially laden with large doses of ethnic and racial bias and prone to profiling at the drop of a hat. They are indoctrinated with the “Us and Them” knee jerk reaction to their encounters. This leaves the Black and poor disproportionately on the end of excessive force.

Until it’s proven that the laser weapons are truly non-lethal – and that police can use them responsibly – we should push back against efforts like Chicago’s to get more tasers into more officers’ hands.

Republicans, Conservatives, and The Tea Party seem to think that “Truth and Facts” are not the same!! They tend to present what they say is “truth” and in the next breath declare that “Facts” do not always support their truth! At least they try to convince the American public that their truth is not really lies when they conflict... with the facts!! Further, "Common Sinse" is a pleasant label for ignorance!

Republicans have provided a buzz word for "Compromise"-"Obamamise!" Their buzz word for “Health Care” is "Obamacare!" Obama Compromise has been lowered to a level of "A cowardly act of giving in!"

Obama’s compromising may be an excellent strategy for pulling the Republican's evil primary objectives/intentions (Tax Breaks for the Wealthy) into the light! Fellow Americans must hope that this is true.

Let us not forget that Republican's have declared on the Floor of The Congress that their primary objective is to see that Obama is denied a second term and that all his policies fail regardless if it may hurt the “American Common Good!”

It is difficult to determine if Obama is a liberal of good heart or a “Black Man Tom" in intellectual clothing!

THE AMERICAN DREAM OF ALL BECOMING MILLIONAIRES IS NOTHING BUT A CRUEL JOKE!!!

Picture this to make a point. The average income in the USA being 1 Million dollars per year!!! Then consider in keeping with the present consumption expectations/standards of today’s “Rich and Famous” millionaires, each American would consume and misuse resources (e.g. Food, transportation, women, homes, etc) the same excesses as millionaires do today! How long could the world resources last with this abuse? How long would the other populations of the world put up with this ridiculous and abusive condition? Would the world be stripped of all essential living resources and would there be wars and rumors of real wars, pitting the super poor VS the superrich??

First, you can see that the conditions that would make all citizens millionaires are beyond reality. But in looking at the real objectives of people, both rich and poor alike is to have the human satisfaction of love, both physical and psychological! Napoleon had his Mary Antoinette, King Henry had his five queens, Pharaoh had his Cleopatra, and and so on it goes. Yes, after getting wealth every one still would kill for the love of some other person. It is not love and happiness. It is consumption and waste!

The point is that Americans have been propagandized into believing that the prime objective in life is money and the wealth that follows!

America's Capitalist system has survived only because the rate of wealth accumulation has been by a very few people, and the rise of goods and services have always lagged behind the group of superrich. In other words, the rise in the income level of the greater population is programmed to rise at a rate far less than that of the wealthy! There is no chance that the number of millionaires becoming say half the population to make them wealthy. This is because the price of services and materials would have risen to levels that leaves all these new millionaires relatively poor (e. g. at the price of bread is $2.00 when only 2 percent of the population are millionaires and it will be $100 dollars when fifty percent of the population are millionaires!)

In addition, Americans have been taught that they must work hard go to school and this would provide them a path to wealth and riches. However, Americans can readily see that even when the number of citizens who achieve Middle Class Status by these rules, the wealthy have gotten to their position by playing “out-side-of-the-box” of hard work and fairness. Greed criminality, cruelty, exploit, treachery, traitorous, and inhumanity are the route to riches. They are truly not the “All American Boys” that is the American standard!

When is it serious that US jobs are non-existent? When you have six Grand boys that have received degrees between 2004 and 2008 and none of them have been able to find a position that resembles a professional full-time situation, then you will know that times are in a disaster!

This is the condition of America’s economy today. It is not an isolated case; you will find that must of your colleagues have been experiencing the same. It has been that the way to get upward mobility in the American dream is to get that education. In the sixties to nineties it was a reality that when middle and lower Class American’ children finished college there was some type of position that could pay them a living wage. But today, 2010 our college graduates when receiving a degree go from 20 hours working at McDonalds, What-a-Burger, etc to 40 hours at these places. What is even more tragic is that these college graduates do not have the experience to know just what is going on with their lives. They have no basis with which to know and compare just how cheated they are in not being able to full fill their American dream. Therefore, for Blacks they try to be athletes, Rappers, hustlers, etc. For whites there seems to have just as bleak a numbers of options!

It is like the medical doctor, Bones on Star Track when Spark died and passed his Catra/spirit onto him. Bones asked Spark upon his revival what was it like to have been dead! Spark said that there was no way to describe this condition because they had no mutual basis on which reach an understanding.

Thus, go our children of college degrees. They have no basis on which to judge just have cruel and evil it is to have a few fat cats take all the resources and wealth and leave nothing for fellow Americans to grow personally or nationally. America must be honest with themselves and admit what the problem and who has caused it. It is unadulterated, cruel, greedy, criminal, unregulated, traitorous, capitalism that has nearly destroyed a nation and the future of it’s citizens! Further, the corrupted nature of our policies is ramped and insidious. Every elected official seems to have his or her price. There seems to be few real Statespersons among them! In addition, this is no place for a Black President in these deadly times when it is openly declared that the primary objective of the opposing party, Republicans is to defeat the President and any of his policies!

A MOVEMENT OF AMERICA’S MIDDLE CLASS WHITE GIRLS AND BOYS WILL AGAIN REVOLT AND GIVE US BACK OUR GOOD AMERICA!!

The American Civil Rights Revolution during the sixties was as much or more a middle class white successful revolution as it was a MLK event! Why is this true? The hippie subculture was originally a youth movement that arose in the United States during the mid-1960s, swiftly spreading to other countries around the world.

Take an objective unbiased look at the events that brought the “Civil-Human Rights” movement to a successful end. You must conclude that "The Flower Children/Hippies" of the Wood Stock Fields of Mud and Love energized the Anti Vietnam Peace-nics to action. Yes indeed, a mud filled meeting of white girls and boys with the Jimmy Hendricks, The “Mammas and the Poppers”, the Beetles and Country Folk Singers Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, Iron Butterfly, Big Brother and the Holding Company, Quicksilver Messenger Service, The Charlatans and others made the emotions of the Middle Class white citizens put away their money and wealth pursuits and look to the ethics and morals for the real human revolutions in America. They listened to psychedelic rock, embraced the sexual revolution, and used drugs such as marijuana and LSD to explore alternative states of consciousness. America could tolerate seeing Black girls and boys being beaten, bitten by attack dogs, and incarcerated. But when little white girls and boys were beaten, jailed and killed – it was the straw that broke the camel's back!

If you look at America today, it is ready for another effort of America's white Middle Class girls and boys to bring this present crisis in moral and constitutional values to a halt! The condition of unemployment among the Middle Class and the graduates of our universities with no place to practice their skills and move into the good life have created the conditions for another cultural revolution. They are hungry and completely locked out of the good life! This group of fellow Americans is the real power in these United States of America.

It is sad but true; the Black Civil Rights Movement for a second time is secondary to the movement that will eventually bring the present American Charlatans and crop of “Criminal Capitalist” to their knees again! Blacks are but a sideshow of a sideshow.
President Obama does not seem to be able to challenge Republicans. It an't natural for a Black man to challange a white man! He is stuck in the reality of the song, “Big Boss/white man can’t you hear me when it call (your saw mill is burnig down)”-on it goes on to, “you an’t so big, you just tall that’s’ all!!”

America has become the victim of media control that substitutes soundbites of the ambitious for facts that makes mankind a progressive, evolving species. Using facts and observations to fuel the human mind for making valid decisions and conclusions has been corrupted by mass media, which has made convenient soundbites the resources for human and national growth and advancement.
The schools of sociology, psychology, propaganda, and public relations have become America’s source of information. These four bodies of knowledge are powerful and subject to abuse in the hands of the greedy and evil. These four subjects provide the tools to control the beliefs and actions of individuals, and in turn control the masses.
Requires more work
This would not be so bad if the mass media were free of the corruption brought by those who wish to control rather than educate the population. The process of reason – using facts – is much more labor and time-intensive than taking actions and making conclusions from the human qualities of fear and emotion. Therefore, politicians and capitalists that use the public for greedy and exploitive reasons choose fear and emotions to reach their ends.
Unfortunately, this has an extremely negative effect on the intellectual level of citizens that use the media for their primary source of information. It is easier to make a decision from the phase, "If it don’t fit, then you must acquit," than to have the information that backs up the decision provided. It is easy for the pharmaceuticals and their PR people to use the fear and emotion of proposing that a healthcare bill creates "death panels for old people," than for the president to provide the details and facts of the bill to Americans.
It was easier for President Bush to use the fear of "weapons of mass destruction" to get Americans to invade Iraq than to try to explain any other reason for this preemptive strike on a sovereign nation!
‘Intellectual stupidity’
In the 2010 midterm election, the Republicans and their conservative supporters bundled together several existing conditions of Americans as they said, "unemployment, Obamacare, raising taxes, out-of-control federal spending. Do you need more of this from Democrats?’ The condition of unemployment was obvious to every one, but the reasons were not so clear and easy to determine. Therefore, in putting the easy subject in the same slogan with other more difficult things, the Democrats were voted out by Americans that did not vote in their best interest.
Alas, Americans are known to vote and otherwise support things that are not in their best interests. This is noted in the many articles that claim American society have become stuck at the intellectual level of stupidity.
Fallen behind
The real tragedy is that America has fallen behind other nations in historical leadership in education and production of ideas and goods. Politicians and exploiters have used fear and emotion and substituted the word "common sense" to make those who are not educationally achieved feel comfortable with their condition. Politicians regularly use a "common sense" stand as they say things that clearly have little foundation in fact.
We can no longer allow our so-called political leaders to deliberately use misinformation and lies to get citizens to vote on issues of paramount importance. These politicians are resetting the body of knowledge even in our higher education, and contaminating the history of events and information enough to make human progress impossible.

BLACK BOYS IN US CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM!!!

BLACK BOYS TRAPPED BY LAW AND SCREWED IN LOCK DOWN!!

Over forty readers responded to the article entitled, “BLACK MALES VICTIMS OF VICTIMLESS CRIMES AND BAD JUSTICE; TRAPPED AND SCREWED!!! (Scruggs, Westside Gazette, August 13, 2005).” These responses came from Florida area codes called include 954, 407, 305, 813, Palm Beach, etc. The article described briefly, the processing and plight of Blacks in the Criminal Justice System. The essence was that:Black Boys or Girls have allegations against them, which are filed with the courts and the common practice of private lawyers, or Public Defenders to go directly to “Plea- Bargaining” without any discover conducted by them for their client. In clearer words this Plea Bargaining is done based solely on the allegations of the plaintiff and the information they submit in their discovery that supports their position(s). This type of “Plea Bargaining” normally results in the defendant child getting a sentence, which includes some combination of Probation, community Service, and/or jail time. The interesting thing in this plea-bargaining is usually carried out between the attorney and the Prosecutor or the Public Defender and the Prosecutor. You notice that the defendant and the parent are left out of the meetings. In fact these Plea-bargaining is regularly carried out by phone. In this plea bargaining system, most of these children-defendants will not have the chance to prove them selves not guilty.Children will have signed on to pleading guilty or no contest even if they are obviously innocent. Of the 90% who accept probation over 80% will never get through probation period without more probation time added for violations and will get more probation time or going to jail for violations of the probation. There are about 600,000 Black males in US prisons at this time. A great number started as boys just like these described in this article. Examples of responses received by phone are as follows: 1. Caller number one: My son has been in lock down sense he was in the 12th grade. They took him to jail from the school because a girl said that he was “stalking” her on the school grounds. He went from 30 months probation and 20 days community service to two additional months probation to lock down when we had to move. I called his probation officer and told her about our moving. But she said that I did not and gave him more probation time. In jail he was trying to be a man and be strong but the guard said he was defiant and gave him two years in "lock down." All this came from something a young girl said in school. 2. Caller number two: My son was placed in Juvenile lock down by a judge for being "in the way of harm" while he was with me. I had a small habit of using grass and my boy friend was staying with me but my boy was safe. He was raped while he was in lock down - charged with being defiant and- a troublemaker and given one more additional tear. My son can never be a man now. Please help me! 3. Caller number three. My son was reported a by a jail guard as being “Defiant.” When Black Boys are trying to be strong and show that they can "take it like a man." not by talking back but by silently taking their punishment or bad treatment they are called defiant and given more punishment and more time in lock down. Recommendations for changes or solutions: 1. Public defendants and private attorneys did all plea-bargaining without the attendance of the client or their parents or other family Meetings for plea-bargaining must include child, parent or surrogate parent, Public defender for child or private attorney of child and the State Prosecutor. 2. The child’s attorney must have done a discovery of information on behalf on the client before plea-bargaining. 3. Plea bargaining must not be done using only the information submitted by the plaintiff in support of tier allegations against the child. 4. Stricter Rules must be adapted for proof by the probation officer that the child has violated probation. 5. Sense a Black male child is encouraged to be a man and be tough or strong, proof of violation of probation for being defiant must have a high level of proof. 6. If a defending attorney goes to court with only the discovery provided by the plaintiff his court privileges must be revoked. The court must ask the defending attorney if he has conducted discovery on behalf of the client and if he has information other than that provided by the prosecuting attorney. Finding no such evidence the attorney fees must be returned to client, he must be placed on probation and fined and the defendant must be allowed to get a different attorney. 7. No agent of the court, attorney, prosecutor, judge, and clerk shall own a private jail or whole any stock in such a business. We all must get involved. Call your State Legislator and Congresspersons. STOP PLEA BARGAINING BY ATTORNEYS, WHO DON'T CONDUCT DISCOVERY FOR THEIR CLIENT!!

It is generally agreed by all intelligent Americans that our Criminal Justice System has room for some real improvement. Of the over 2 million prisoners in our system today about 80 percent were placed there for “Victimless” crimes”. The written laws may need some redoing but the great injustice comes by the administration of our present laws by the attorneys, judges, and officers on the street.

After looking at the process of placing these Americans in jail, one inequity stands out as the cruelest. It seems that the process of “Plea Bargaining” has become a tool of convenience mainly for both prosecuting and defending Attorneys and the courts in particular. It makes money quickly for the attorneys and the court while cutting down the time and effort of the system.

Most alleged criminals are “Plea Bargained” without the process of discovery or investigation conducted by the representative of the defendant. In other words based on just the allegations of the accuser, the attorney for the defendant goes directly to Plea Bargaining. This most always results in the defendant being judged guilty and sentenced without the due process of an investigation on the accusd behalf!!

An excellent and effective way to stop this injustice is to fine any attorney of the defendants, who goes to plea-bargaining for a client without the effort of investigation or discovery for the defendant shall be substantially fined and sentenced to time in prison!! I know personality of an attorney, who without any discovery, conducted Plea Bargaining by phone with the State Attorney's Office for ten Clients at one time. At about $5,000.00 per client that amounts to $50,000.00!! Good work if you can get it!!

Several hundred families have filed a class-action lawsuit against two former judges who have pleaded guilty to taking bribes in return for placing youths in privately owned jails. Judges Mark Ciavarella and Michael Conahan are said to have received $2.6 million for ensuring that juvenile suspects were jailed in prisons operated by the companies Pennsylvania Child Care and a sister company, Western Pennsylvania Child Care. Some of the young people were jailed over the objections of their probation officers”

It is a national shame how the media is showing/presenting the “Prison System” as just another life style.

This especially true when we view the MSNBC Show “Lock Down!” It is as though the inmates are no more than reluctant residence of a set in the stone of a “Prison Punishment” resort. There are the inmates and the guards. The guards are on the top and the inmates are on the bottom. (Elizabeth White One Out of 136 Americans in Jail, Associated Press, 22 May 2006)

The prison system as the US practices it today is not a rehabilitation institution. It is a repressive lock-down cruel operation. What can you expect from an inmate or resident if you place them in a 10' X 10' room with their open toilet in the rear for twenty-four hours a day, without any human interaction or positive stimulating input. It is more than any sane mind can endure and remain a human member of a civilized society. This is not the raving of a Liberal. Bleeding Heart, Milk toastier, Do-gooder. It is the sober conclusion of a rational thinking socially responsible American Citizen. American looks at an inmate as they are and asking why, instead of looking at them as they should be and saying why not!!

The insanity and criminal training gained by the inmate while in our “correctional/punishment institutions” is a breeder of the antisocial deviants we see in our ex-inmates. Further, even if the inmate, by some miracle, gets rehabilitated they are not turned back into society with the ability/tools to get a reasonable job because a can is tied to his tail. They are permanently labeled a criminal, which keeps them from being considered for gainful employment. They then hang in the fringes of society and end back in the Lock-Down because of some infraction usually caused by their trying to eek out some lever of living in a society which is programmed to avoid giving them a life sustaining job!

Our Criminal Justice needs as many trained rehabilitative psychologist as they do big mean strong guards. Presently, we take some bright potential law enforcement persons and train them to in the main be a control artist using measured force and pain!! They can take a juvenile joint smoker and turn them into a hard-core thief and killer-a heterosexual child into a homosexual or a harlot!

Of course there are the insane criminals and unrepentant criminals. But these should not be used to destroy the other wise potentially salvageable but unfortunate public.

Just the other day a Congressman said, “Short term pain for long term gain!” He was talking about a bill to cut taxes of the Middle Class and raise them on the wealthy. It made an immediate impact on the public looking for a simple answer or phase on which to make a conclusion on a complicated bill that would positively affect them if they supported it. In addition, America has a flaw in its national base belief. This is that there is a significant difference in the intellectual ability/IQ between races and gender’s of its population. This belief is that the IQ of a white male (not all but too many) is superior to all other groups of citizens. The acceptance of this serous lie has paved the way for a white male to hold the belief of being more accepted in their thoughts than any other group. However, instead of using this advantage to increase their base of knowledge and lead fellow citizens to higher levels, they have commonly used this to avoid the labor of learning things and information. He will say fearful and emotional things that are unsubstantiated by facts or observation. This leaves citizens to attain low reasoning low level and settle for “Stupidity” This can be seen in the publics responses to life’s questions. Americans in the last election voted for people and things that were not in their best interest! Thus, the public this state of stupidity provides an advantage for people that work to use the public for selfish reasons such as making profits and exploiting resources. It further creates a false role model to emulate by those who are trying to gain power and status in American society. Some few striving leaders do not fall for this role model and take the chance and be the hero (such as Maddow, Olberman, L Gantt of The Gnatt Report, Hillary Clinton, Ed Schaltz, Ann Hoffington, Matthews, maybe Obama, Ploski, etc). But people as Shara Palin/Mother Grizzlie or Grizzly Mama (Adele M. Stan, Sarah Palin's Brand of "Feminism" More Popular With Men Than Women, AlterNet, November 26, 2010) take the easy way up and as she says,“man-up (White Male-Up)” to the role model! The productivity and advancement of the human kind is retarded by this activity. . Thus goes American society preoccupation with “Stupidity” of today!

DON’T CALL ME BLACK!

In the olden days Blacks would say, "Don't call me Black!" The public image of Blacks was so negative in those times!

They were not proud of their color.

Today I am saying, "Don't call me Black!" This has nothing to do with color. But this is because of the fact that the lack of voting in election 2010 showed the world that we are a silly people-brain washed by nagative race images, ignorant, weak, small and unimportant!! We had the power to sway this most important election in our hands and would not use it! It seems that Blacks need a special incentives (a dance, a party, some fried fish or barbaqueed ribs) to get their vote out every time!

In addition, if I hear that song "We Shall Over Come" one more time I think that I will throw chunks!

AMERICA AND THE WORLD CANNOT WIN A FIGHT UNTIL THEY ADMIT WHO THE ENEMY IS!!

Did the President tell Muslim countries on his recent trip that American citizens have never done anything to them to cause their hostility toward our country!

Did he tell them that some corporations through their Pure Greed, Exploitive and criminal activities have harmed both American and foreign citizens alike?

No, he didn't, he couldn't, and he wouldn't!!

He wouldn’t because he is the first Black President and this affirmation would be so remarkable that the American public in their state of stupidity and pedestrian understanding would crucify him.

He shouldn’t because his own party would impeach him without hesitation.

He couldn’t because corporations would probably stop him with malice!

But this the truth is that unregulated, unrestrained, corporations based on American soil have in the past unduly influenced and sometimes solely made our “Foreign Policy.” Corporations have become the fourth branch of the US Government! They have used the populations of the world and the world’s natural and mineral resources to enrich their coffers with the entire world be dammed! Corporations have demonstrated their disloyalty to the US by acting as a traitor and moving the livelihoods of American to other nations. They have left the US floundering on the verge of economic disaster. Many citizens and their families go to bed each night hungry, cold, and ill. This common enemy is their enemy and “the enemy of Americans enemy must be our friend”. Yes, the bombing of America’s citizen owned places is a misdirected effort.

But until America declares the truth of these hostile acts toward other nations, and the making of national policy is removed from the influence of corporations -- the world will continue to be our enemies. What about inviting Muslim leaders to set in on Congressional Hearings as corporate CEOs such as Exxon/Mobil, Shell, BP, etc, are brought before the committee??

Americans must gain the backbone to once and for all provide the world with the truth that, “The American that they see that is causing harm to other nations is the so-called-corporation located in America and posing themselves as the representative of American Citizens!” The truth is that the energies that the third world, which includes the “Muslin-Jihad” is displaying in violence toward the USA is really a response to the cruel, greedy, criminal, exploitation, that corporations are practicing on the American People as well as the third world.

American has “outsourced and contracted” its Constitutional Responsibilities, decision making, and functions to profiting making corporations which are making International publicity and even conducting wars for the personal private gain of the New Day Super Rich!! Presently, BP has demonstrated clearly that private industry/capitalism the American way is truly the enemy of the people and will do harm as long it is making profits. This is the American people’s enemy today and the enemy of the Third World, which includes Muslim militants. The saying, “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” clearly applies here. No amount of propaganda can fool even those Americans that are still fascinated with stupidity!! America’s real war is not in Afghanistan. It is here right on our soil with the enemy from within!

In other words, American Citizens and foreign institution and Third World Nations have a common enemy- the BP, Exxon/Mobil, Wall Street Insiders, etc presently predominantly based in the US and under the protection of the US Government. The phase, “What is good for GE is good for America” has unconsciously become a part of the US mental base as solidly as has the US Constitution!

The word on the street is that the Karl Roves and his US Chamber of Commerce types are intending to take this time between now and the elections 2012 to reinforce the political misinformation given as facts in the disastrous election 2010!

This serious activity is one of the most dangerous challenges to our freedoms as American Citizens! This includes things big and small LIES ALL LIES! such as:

*Obama is not a citizen and

*Health Care Legislation (Obama Care) is too expensive.

*That there are really Death Panels in the Health Legislation that will say who lives and who dies,

*That Obama and his policies caused the unemployment,

*Only tax cut for the wealthy will create more jobs,

*There is no hot house crisis associated with fossil fuel/oil burning, private industry is better without regulations,

*The educated are those old reputed professional Liberals elitist,

*The trust worthy media moguls are the Limbaughs, Becks, Hannities and O’Reillys, Fox News. Etc.

This fact-promoting must be formal and consist of a government staff, a foundation such as The Heritage Foundation or both! The messages must be built for the comprehension and interest level of the high school dropout and functionally unreasonable. It must use the base of Fear and Emotion in a “Wag the Dog” attitude! It must be, animated, Hollywood styled, at times cartoonish but factual, professionally done using the Hollywood talents, easy to understand, given regularly on TV, Radio, and the world wide web!
