NO AMERICAN CORPORATION SHOULD HAVE AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF COLLETERAL/DEATHS IN ITS OPERATION WITHOUT PAYING CONSEQUENCES!!
(WRITTEN 2010)
(UNEDITED, UNABRIDGED)
There is no such thing as a “Natural Universal Law of Supply and Demand!” This is a notion sold to the public to condition people to accept the activities of those, who contend to pursue a profession of a pure “Business for Pure Profit” based in Greed with no regard for the harm that it may do to the public humane good! If this Natural Law of Supply and Demand is accepted it keeps the population from challenging the profit making operation of business regardless to the harm it may be doing.
No American company should be allowed to have an acceptable level of collateral damage or human deaths as an acceptable part of its business. This includes Oil, Coal Mining, Manufacturing, Farming, Building, Exploration, etc!! Any company that plans for such and experiences such deaths regular in it operation must have consequences to pay! It is the Christian thing to do. Companies are allowed to accept collateral damage as an “expense of doing business” and buy insurance to handle this eventually. Why then cannot any citizen be allowed to buy such insurance to cover any deaths they may be responsible for?
A “Natural Law" is a set of expectations and or conditions that are beyond the effect and control of human intervention. Examples of “Natural Laws/ Laws of Nature” are; Boyles Law, Law of Thermo Dynamics, Einstein’s Law of Relativity, Laws of Gravity, etc. These are constructs that cannot be affected by the acts of man!!
The “Laws of Supply and Demand” are strictly man made rules of advantage for making profits and can be manipulated to fit the desires of those who decide to practice making profit/money. Moreover, capitalism is functioning at the pleasure of these people and therefore, bound by ethics and morals to do no harm even at the cost of sacrificing the profit motives. In other words there can be no acceptable level of collateral damage (human dying) figured into their plan of activities at any time! This is not the American Capitalist Economic System we see today. The practice of “Jobs going to the cheapest Labor,” even if it is in foreign countries and taking living wages away from fellow is not an acceptable way toe have corporations base in American do business! What if, for example, an American Company found a nation that has workers that would accept their wages in “Sea Shells” and barter? This Company can go to this country and produce its product for nothing, thus making a profit of 100% when it is sold back in America! This extreme example demonstrates clearly what our American companies are doing today to US workers today.
This is unpatriotic immoral, unchristian and should be against the laws of the land!
