WILL CHINA AND/OR THE US HAVE THE POWER TO PUNISH CRIMINAL CEO ACTS!!!

WILL CHINA AND/OR THE US HAVE THE POWER TO PUNISH CRIMINAL CEO ACTS!!!

(WRITTEN 2010)

(UNEDITED, UNABRIDGED)

China may have to teach American how to deal with the criminals CEO’s that terrorize their country with oil disasters, (CARA ANNA, Large China oil spill threatens sea life, water, Associated Press, July 22, 2010) It is reported that China ahs the one of the largest oil spills in its history. This spill emptied beaches along the Yellow Sea. It spread over 165 square miles of water sense a pipeline at the busy northeastern port exploded. The pipeline is owned by “China National Petroleum Corp.” Investigations are reported to be going on to determine the cause and who is the blame.

China is known for its swift and aggressive system of bringing its criminals to Chinese justice. If guilt is found then the world will know that there are no company CEOs so powerful that they can never be punished of their crimes against humanity. America seems to be willing to allow its CEO criminals to provide forgiving reasons for their criminal behaviors. Unlike America, China seems to have few reasons called “Plausible deniable” tents for their Big Joes to hide under! (Dalian Oil Pipeline Explosions under Investigation, The Associated Press, July 21, 2010)

Criminal Investigations are Underway In Gulf Oil Disaster. (Justice reveals criminal investigation of Gulf spill disaster. Bloomberg:) "The government is reviewing whether there were violations of the Clean Water Act, which carries civil and criminal penalties, and the Oil Pollution Act of 1990, which can be used to hold companies liable for cleanup costs, [Attorney General Eric] Holder said. Also under review is whether there were violations of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act and Endangered Species Act, which provide penalties for injuries to wildlife, and other criminal laws. A criminal probe likely also will examine whether there was a violation of the Refuse Act, which deals with discharges into waterways ..." . . . No one is expected to go to jail. Politico: "...) Josh Geratein, AP, reports that BP executives probably won’t see slammer!

But for the moment, both American and China are printing the competing level of cooperative clean-up activities being carried out between the Oil Companies and the Citizens! It will be a tragedy to find out that Big Oil really does have more power than governments and therefore, are beyond punishment!

If you have any further information on this resent oil spill in China please pass it on to your fellow Americans!!
